The bedrooms downstairs vary, with 3 bedrooms featuring king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and one bedroom with two twin beds (can be made into a King size). The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a king sized bed in one and a queen size bed in the other. Each bedroom has its own AC split unit and 40” LED smart TV (master BR has a 60″ TV) with WiFi throughout the whole property.
The state of the art kitchen captures the picturesque beauty of Costa Rica, with a large window overlooking the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a Wolf double oven range with 6 burners, grill and griddle; 2 large Sub-Zero refrigerators with an ice maker and water and ice dispenser; a Sub-Zero ice maker; 2 Miele German dishwashers; a coffee maker; toaster oven; microwave; television.The indoor dining/living room seats 8 at its 7’ round dining table, with more space in the living area. The outdoor social area overlooking the beach seats 14 and is a great place for outdoor dining.
