The lowest floor we offer at The Palms and the best value in the building: two king bedrooms, an ocean-view balcony and the pool and sand a minute from your door.
Condo 304 is on the third floor, low enough that the beachfront pool and the sand are a minute away and high enough to see the ocean over the palms. It is the one to pick when you plan to live at the beach and use the condo as a comfortable base.
The space is bright and generous, with an open living area, a full kitchen and a stackable washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a king bed: the primary has its own bathroom, and the second full bathroom is right next to bedroom 2.
The balcony has a wooden dining table for breakfast with the sound of the waves. Walk out the front gate and the north end of Jaco Beach is right there; downtown restaurants and nightlife are a short walk or ride away.

The Palms stands on the sand at the quiet north end of Jaco Beach. Downstairs you have the building’s own beachfront pool, and next door the large Croc’s Resort pool area where guests order food and drinks through the day. Security is on duty around the clock and the elevator takes you up to your balcony.
Los Sueños Marina is about 15 minutes away for fishing charters in Jaco and Los Sueños, and SJO airport is about 90 minutes with a private transfer. Yes. Guests at The Palms have access to the Croc's Resort pool area next door, with food and drinks served poolside through the day, as well as The Palms' own smaller beachfront pool.
