Two bedrooms, two king beds, two bathrooms: the fair-share condo at The Palms. Five floors up, the balcony looks over the sand to the ocean and along the coast to Jaco town.
Condo 504 is the easy answer for two couples or two friends: both bedrooms have a king bed and both have a full bathroom, so nobody negotiates for the good room. The primary bedroom even faces the beach.
The living space is bright and relaxed, with white sofas, a dining area and a full kitchen for simple breakfasts and grill-night leftovers. A stackable washer and dryer means you can pack light. Sliding doors open to a covered balcony with a lounge set and the coast stretching toward town.
From the lobby you are a few steps from the sand, The Palms beachfront pool and the Croc's Resort pool area next door, with drinks and food served through the day.

The Palms stands on the sand at the quiet north end of Jaco Beach. Downstairs you have the building’s own beachfront pool, and next door the large Croc’s Resort pool area where guests order food and drinks through the day. Security is on duty around the clock and the elevator takes you up to your balcony.
Los Sueños Marina is about 15 minutes away for fishing charters in Jaco and Los Sueños, and SJO airport is about 90 minutes with a private transfer. Yes. Guests at The Palms have access to the Croc's Resort pool area next door, with food and drinks served poolside through the day, as well as The Palms' own smaller beachfront pool.
