Condo 404 is all about the balcony. It runs the width of the living area and faces south, so the view takes in the ocean, the long curve of Jaco Beach and the green hills behind town. There is room for a full lounge set, so it becomes the living room for most of the day.
Inside, the layout is simple and practical: a comfortable living room, a kitchen ready for easy meals, a stackable washer and dryer, and two air-conditioned bedrooms with good privacy. The primary has a king bed and its own bathroom; the second room has a queen plus a single.
404 shares its layout with Condo 402 on the same floor, which makes the pair a smart choice for a group of up to eight: two kitchens, four bedrooms and two balconies, steps apart.

The Palms stands on the sand at the quiet north end of Jaco Beach. Downstairs you have the building’s own beachfront pool, and next door the large Croc’s Resort pool area where guests order food and drinks through the day. Security is on duty around the clock and the elevator takes you up to your balcony.
Los Sueños Marina is about 15 minutes away for fishing charters in Jaco and Los Sueños, and SJO airport is about 90 minutes with a private transfer.
