The top floor of The Palms, all to yourselves: three king bedrooms, a balcony big enough for long dinners and a view that runs down the whole of Jaco Beach to the hills behind town.
Penthouse 1002 sits on the tenth and highest floor of The Palms, on the south side of the building. From the balcony the coastline opens up in one sweep: the sand right below, the lights of Jaco to the south and the green ridge that closes the bay. It is the view guests ask about most.
Inside, every bedroom has a king bed, so no one draws the short straw. The primary suite has its own bathroom; the other two share a full bathroom, and a half bath off the living area keeps the morning rush easy. The open kitchen with its granite island faces the ocean, so whoever is cooking still gets the view.
It works best for two couples plus friends, or a family with older kids who each want a real bed. When you want more space, the pools are an elevator ride away and our team can bring a chef up to cook in the penthouse kitchen.

The Palms stands on the sand at the quiet north end of Jaco Beach. Downstairs you have the building’s own beachfront pool, and next door the large Croc’s Resort pool area where guests order food and drinks through the day. Security is on duty around the clock and the elevator takes you up to your balcony.
Los Sueños Marina is about 15 minutes away for fishing charters in Jaco and Los Sueños, and SJO airport is about 90 minutes with a private transfer. Yes. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom, and there is a half bath off the living area.
No. The Palms is on Jaco Beach, not inside Los Sueños Resort in Herradura. Los Sueños Marina is about 15 minutes away by car, making this condo an easy base for Los Sueños fishing charters. To stay inside the resort, see our Los Sueños vacation rentals.
Yes. Guests at The Palms have access to the Croc's Resort pool area next door, with food and drinks served poolside through the day, as well as The Palms' own smaller beachfront pool.
