The Palms is a ten-story beachfront condominium tower right on the sand, on the calmer north end of Jaco Beach. You get the comfort of a private condo, a full kitchen and a balcony over the ocean, with resort-style pools downstairs and the restaurants of town minutes away. It is one of our favorite Jaco vacation rentals for families, couples traveling together and small groups who want a beachfront condo in Jaco without the price of a large villa.

Higher floors trade a few seconds in the elevator for a wider sweep of coastline. Lower floors put you a minute from the pool and the sand. Every condo has a private ocean-view balcony, a full kitchen and air-conditioned bedrooms.

What every condo shares, from the sand out front to the security at the gate
Walk out of the building onto the quieter north end of Jaco Beach, with a palm-lined path for sunrise walks and sunset strolls.

The Palms Jaco is on Jaco Beach, not inside Los Sueños Resort, and it is a different complex from The Palms in Playa Flamingo or Coco Beach, Guanacaste.

Families traveling together, friends on a fishing trip or a small company team can take two or three condos at The Palms and still share the pool, the beach and dinners. Condos 402 and 404 sit side by side on floor 4 with the same layout; pair the penthouse with 902 for up to thirteen guests at published rates.

Published rates start at $285 per night in low season for a 2-bedroom condo and go up to $670 per night for the 3-bedroom penthouse in peak season. Weekly rates start at $1,700. Rates exclude fees, airport transfers and gratuities, and we confirm the exact price in your quote.

Yes. Guests at The Palms have access to the Croc's Resort pool area next door, with food and drinks served poolside through the day, as well as The Palms' own smaller beachfront pool.
The drive from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) takes about 90 minutes. We can arrange a private airport transfer that meets you at arrivals and drops you at the building, so you do not need a rental car. More options in our guide to the closest airport to Jaco.
There is a gated parking area with 24-hour security, but spaces are limited and some guests use street parking nearby. Tell us if you plan to drive and we will confirm parking for your condo.
Yes. Many groups book two condos in the same building, for example The Palms 402 and The Palms 404, which share a floor and layout. Ask for several condos in one quote and we will coordinate dates and check-in.
No. They are different complexes. The Palms Jaco is on Jaco Beach in the Central Pacific, about 90 minutes from SJO. The Palms in Playa Flamingo is in Guanacaste, several hours to the north.
